At AuraFragrance, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every scent; however, if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a trackable carrier to our warehouse, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
